- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 raw carrots, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 bag buttered herb dressing
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Directions

1Cook sliced squash in small amount of water until tender; drain well.

2Mix all ingredients together except herb dressing. Pour into greased casserole dish.

3Top with herb dressing.

4Pour melted butter over top.

5Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
