- 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
- 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and finely chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
Directions

1Prepare Horseradish Sauce (recipe follows).

2Mix remaining ingredients.

3Shape into 1-inch balls.

4Place balls on greased rack in broiler pan.

5Bake in 375°

6oven 30 to 35 minutes.
