- 3 lb. ground ham
- 2 lb. fresh ground pork (not sausage)
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. crushed saltine crackers
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and form into a loaf.

2Place in deep baking dish or pan (9 x 12-inches).

3Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour.

4Pour off any excess grease.

5Add topping and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Baste every 10 minutes for at least the last hour (very important).
