Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. fully cooked ham (ground)
- 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients; mix lightly.

2Place mixture in a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

3Combine sugar and vinegar in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until sugar melts, stirring constantly.

4Pour over ham loaf.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
