  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 lb. ground ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Mix pork, ham, eggs, milk and bread crumbs together.

    Shape into loaf.

    Mix brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard together. Pour over loaf.

    Bake at 325° for 2 1/2 hours.

    Cover with foil and continually baste.
