Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground ham
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 medium grated onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice

Directions

    Mix well the first 7 ingredients.

    Pack into loaf pan, leaving space around edge.

    Bake at 275° for 3/4 hour.

    Drain off fat. Pour pineapple juice over and bake 3/4 hour more at 300°.

    Cool before cutting.

    Can be removed from pan and reheated to serve.
