  • 1 lb. cured ham, ground
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs, soaked in 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 lb. fresh pork, ground
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Combine meat, egg and cracker crumbs.

    Mix well and form into loafs and place in baking dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

    Bake at 450° for 1/2 hour, baste with sauce and bake 1 more hour at 350°.
