  • 1 lb. ground cured ham
  • 1 lb. ground fresh lean pork
  • 1 lb. ground veal
  • 2 eggs
  • pepper
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. hot water
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

    Have meat ground together.

    Soak bread crumbs in ketchup and water.
