- 1 lb. ground cured ham
- 1 lb. ground fresh lean pork
- 1 lb. ground veal
- 2 eggs
- pepper
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Have meat ground together.

2Soak bread crumbs in ketchup and water.

3Season with pepper only.

4Combine with meat, then add beaten eggs.
