Ingredients
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (2 Tbsp.)
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 c. cooked ham
- 1/2 small onion, chopped with ham
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 envelope sour cream, made according to directions
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Soften gelatin in water; set aside.

2Dissolve mustard in small amount of broth.

3Combine remaining broth with eggs.

4Cook in saucepan about 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Add softened gelatin and stir until dissolved.

6Beat in mayonnaise, onion and horseradish.

7Chill until partially set.

8Add sour cream and fold in ham.

9Season with pepper and garlic powder to taste.

10Pour into mold and chill until set.
