- 1/4 c. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. whipped cream
Directions

1Mix mustard and vinegar in jar, let set overnight.

2Next morning in top of double boiler, place egg, beat in sugar, dash salt and dry mustard and vinegar mixture.

3Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened.

4Cool.

5Add mayonnaise and whipped cream.

6Stir thoroughly.

7Serve with baked ham.
