- 4 slices country ham or round steak
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3 to 4 potatoes
- 3 to 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 to 3 bunches broccoli or Brussels sprouts

1Fry ham or steak until brown on both sides in a large skillet. Lower heat.
