- 8 eggs or egg substitute
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham, torn into small pieces
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

3Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.

4Add ham.

5Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into prepared dish.

6Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
