  • 8 eggs or egg substitute
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham, torn into small pieces
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.

    Add ham.

    Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into prepared dish.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
