  • 1 pkg. pie crust mix (for 2 crust pie)
  • 2 c. ground ham
  • 1/2 can condensed cream of celery soup (2/3 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 3 slices American cheese, halved diagonally
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Directions

    Prepare pie crust mix as directed.

    On floured surface, roll to 1/16-inch thick.

    Cut into 6 (7 or 7 1/2-inch) circles.

    Thoroughly mix ham, soup, catsup, parsley, onion and mustard.

    Spread about 1/3 cup mixture on 1/2 of each circle of dough.

    Top with cheese half and a few egg slices.

    Fold other half of dough over and seal edges with fork tines.

    Prick top with fork.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 375° or until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
