- 1 loaf (1 lb.) French bread
- 3/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Cut 1 loaf French bread into 5 pieces, each about 4-inches long; cut each piece lengthwise into 6 sticks. Brush outsides with margarine or butter, melted.

3Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

4Place sticks in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch.

5Bake until golden, about 8 minutes.

6Makes 30 bread sticks.
