Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 lb. cubed cooked ham (about 1 3/4 c.)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 3 c. uncooked noodles
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
- water
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter.

2Add onion and mushrooms; saute for 3 minutes.

3Add ham and seasonings; cook for 3 more minutes.

4Place noodles (uncooked) on top of mixture.

5Add enough water to broth to make 2 cups.

6Pour broth into skillet; heat to boiling.

7Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.

8Uncover and simmer 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

9Fold in sour cream and heat.
