  • 1 lb. fresh ground ham
  • 3/4 lb. ground cured ham
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. ground mustard

Directions

    Combine meats, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and milk into patties using 1/2 cup per patty.
