- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 small can corn
- 2 c. diced ham
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes.

2In large saucepan, melt butter.

3Add onion and cook until tender.

4Add potatoes, water, and seasonings. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.

5Make a paste of the flour and 1/2 c. water; add to potato mixture.

6Add milk and cook until slightly thickened.

7Stir in undrained corn and ham.

8Heat through.

9(This soup tastes even better the day after you make it!)
