Ham-Potato-Corn Chowder

- 7 medium potatoes (1 1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk (can add more)
- 8 oz. (or less) lean ham, cut into small pieces
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (17 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions

1Cook potatoes until tender in salted water. Drain (cut into small pieces) in large saucepan. Melt butter and saut onions until translucent. Add corn, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Adjust heat and simmer 20 minutes. Enjoy!
