Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (9-inch) frozen deep-dish pie shell or 2 regular 9-inch pie shells
  • 1 c. diced ham
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Melt butter.

    Put mayonnaise, flour, eggs, milk and butter in blender and blend well.

    Bake pie shell at 400° for 3 minutes. Remove from oven, prick with fork and bake 5 minutes longer.

    Stir ham and cheese into blender mixture but do not blend.

    Bake in pie shell at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes for deep shell or 30 to 40 minutes for regular shell.
