- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Sprinkle ham over bottom of pastry shell.

2Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat, until smooth.

3Remove from heat, gradually stir cream cheese mixture into beaten eggs, add salt and mustard; mix well.

4Pour into pastry sell, sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake 40 minutes longer, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

6Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
