  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. chopped fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water in large bowl.

    Add 1 1/2 cups flour, the sugar and salt.

    Beat on low speed until moistened.

    Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until smooth.

    Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

    Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead 3 minutes.

    Shape into ball; cover.
