Ham Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced boiled ham (lunch meat)
  • 1 (6 ounce) container cream cheese
  • 4 -5 green onions

Directions

    Lay the ham out on a large cutting board, single layer.

    Pat dry w/paper towel.

    Spread about a tablespoon cream cheese on each slice.

    Place a thin slice of green onion (only the green part) on each slice of ham.

    Roll up jelly roll style.
  6. 6
    Cut into 1 inch pieces.

    Refridgerate overnight.
  8. 8
    Insert toothpick in each.
