Ham Roll-Ups

- 8 flour tortillas
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly.

3Gradually stir in milk.

4Cook until thick. Place slice of ham and cheese and sprinkle with mushrooms on each tortilla and roll up.

5Place folded side down in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour white sauce over tortillas.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
