  • 2 thin ham slices per roll
  • cabbage, white asparagus or broccoli (your choice)
  • American or Swiss cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Preboil broccoli (or cabbage or white asparagus).

    Pour off water or place in strainer.

    Place drained vegetable on ham and roll up.

    Place cheese on top.

    Place roll-ups in baking dish and bake until cheese is melted.
