Ham Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 doz. Pepperidge Farm finger rolls
  • 16 oz. cooked ham (thin slices)
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix butter, mustard, poppy seed, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Split package of rolls horizontally through the center. Spread butter mixture on both sides of rolls.

    Layer bottom half with ham. Sprinkle cheese on top of ham.

    Replace tops.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    These freeze well. Cut into individual rolls before freezing so a few may be used at a time.
