- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 can pineapple chunk, undrained
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with
- 1 cup cold water
- 12 orange, quartered
- 12 lemon, quartered
Directions

1Combine juice, pineapple and raisins in a sauce pan, bring to a boil.

2Add vinegar and sugar; continue to boil.

3Mix cornstarch with water.

4Slowly add cornstarch liquid to fruit mixture and stir until you have your desired consistency.

5Add orange and lemon wedges.

6Serve warm with ham.
