- 1 can (6 3/4 oz.) Hormel Tender Chunk ham
- 1 pkg. Tuna Helper mix for noodles, cheese sauce and tuna
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, cut into 1-inch pieces, or frozen chopped
- broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- Crunchy Topping
- 3 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Place ham with liquid in 10-inch skillet; break up with fork. Add noodles, sauce mix, broccoli, water and onion.

2Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.

3Cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until desired consistency 15 to 20 minutes.

4Stir in sour cream.

5Sprinkle with Crunchy Topping.
