- 16 slices sandwich bread
- 8 slices yellow cheese
- 2 c. cut up ham
- 6 eggs, well beaten or equivalent amount of Egg Beaters
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Cut crusts from bread.

2Place 8 slices in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

3Glass is good.

4Cover with 8 slices cheese and cut up ham.

5Place remaining bread on top.

6Mix well the eggs, milk, mustard (can by dry) and seasoned salt.

7Pour mixture over bread.

8Refrigerate overnight.
