- 1 lb. ham, thinly sliced
- 1 c. water
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- hot, cooked noodles
Directions

1In large skillet, cook the ham in hot oil about 3 minutes or until heated through, turning once.

2Remove from skillet and drain fat from skillet.

3In same skillet, combine water, onion, mushrooms, catsup, parsley, bouillon granules and dill weed. Bring to boiling.

4Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until onion is tender.
