Ham Upside-Down Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup lima beans, cooked and drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 23 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 13 cup cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup milk

Directions

    Heat oven to 400*.

    Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worchestershire sauce.

    Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Cover and bake 15 minutes.

    Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to edge of casserole.

    Bake uncovered 20 minutes.

    Cut into wedges and invert each onto plate.

    Garnish with parsley.

    Serve with Pickled Beets and Chocolate Pudding.
