  • 2-1/2 gal. Frozen diced potatoes
  • 3 cups oil
  • 1 gal. OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, cut into1/4-inch cubes
  • 1 qt. green peppers, chopped
  • 1 qt. red onions, chopped

Directions

    Heat flat top grill to 350F.

    Add potatoes and oil; mix well .

    Cook 6 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are evenly browned and thoroughly heated, stirring every 2 minutes.

    Add ham, peppers and onions.

    Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    (Add small amount of water if mixture becomes too dry.)
