Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

   Preheat oven to 400°.

   Lightly grease casserole dish.

   Crumble and cook beef and onion over medium heat until brown; drain.

   Stir in salt and pepper.

   Spread beef mixture in dish.

   Spread cheese evenly over beef.

   Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand mixer.

   Pour evenly over beef and cheese.

   Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes).

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
