  • 1 (5 lb.) picnic ham
  • 1 c. seedless raisins
  • 2 c. pitted prunes
  • 2 c. dried apricots
  • 2 c. red cooking wine

Directions

    Have the butcher bone the ham.

    Combine fruit and wine in large mixing bowl; soak at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Fill the cavity of the boned ham with stuffing.

    Bake in 350° oven for 2 1/2 hours.
