- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can diced carrots
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In a large kettle, scramble the hamburg and onion in a little oil.

2Add carrots and cover with water.

3Cook 15 minutes.

4Lastly add diced potatoes and simmer for 1 hour more.

5Thicken with flour and water or water and cornstarch.
