- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms or 1 small can
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- rice or chow mein noodles
Directions

1Saute onions in butter.

2Brown hamburg with onions.

3Add flour, salt and pepper; saute for 5 minutes.

4Add soup; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

5Add sour cream.

6Serve over cooked rice or chow mein noodles.
