  • 1/4 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
  • 4 (4-inch) pocket (pita) breads
  • 1/4 c. pizza sauce
  • 1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In small skillet, brown ground beef; drain.

    Place pocket breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and 3 tablespoons ground beef. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
