- 1/4 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
- 4 (4-inch) pocket (pita) breads
- 1/4 c. pizza sauce
- 1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In small skillet, brown ground beef; drain.

3Place pocket breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and 3 tablespoons ground beef. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
