- chopped onions
- mushrooms (optional)
- pats of margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can beef broth
Directions

1Put 1 cup raw rice in bottom of baking dish.

2Brown hamburger along with onions and mushrooms.

3Layer pats of margarine over raw rice and salt and pepper.

4Pour hamburger mixture over rice and then pour on 1 cup broth, adding a little water if needed to cover rice.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
