  • 1 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. diced celery with leaves
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. barley
  • 1 c. diced potato
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
