- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 envelope biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. dry Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Brown ground beef and chopped onion; salt lightly.

2Remove from heat and add shredded cheese and parsley.

3Stir in mayonnaise.

4Add water to envelope of biscuit mix.

5Knead lightly. Divide in half.

6Roll out two 8-inch circles.

7Place one in 8-inch casserole round dish and cover with beef and cheese mixture. Top with second circle of biscuit mix.

8Bake at 375° for a half hour, or until browned and done.

9Cut into wedges.

10Serve with mushroom soup sauce.
