- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small head cabbage
- 5 to 6 medium potatoes
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- onions (optional)
- jalapeno peppers (optional)
Directions

1Peel and fry potatoes in large skillet.

2Crumble and fry hamburger.

3Season potatoes and hamburger to taste.

4When the potatoes are almost done, cut up the cabbage in pieces, about an inch wide and 2 to 3 inches long.

5Fry in butter until tender.

6Add the hamburger and cabbage to the potatoes and mix.
