  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 rib celery
  • 1 small pkg. wide egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (for topping)

Directions

    Brown hamburger; drain.

    Cook wide egg noodles; drain.

    Mix meat, onion, pepper and celery; add alternately with noodles to casserole dish.

    Mix soups together; pour over the layers.

    Top with Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 325° until bubbly, or for 15 to 20 minutes.
