- 2 large potatoes, sliced
- 2 to 3 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained (can use frozen)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can water
Directions

1Place layers of vegetables in order given in crock-pot. Season each layer with salt and pepper.

2Put the lightly browned beef on top of celery.

3Mix tomato soup with water and pour into crock-pot.

4Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours (high for 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally).
