  • 3/4 lb. hamburger meat
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 c. canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes

Directions

    Brown meat and onions in frying pan; cook until meat is browned and onions tender. Arrange meat and corn in layers in a lightly greased casserole dish; season with salt and pepper. Cover with tomato soup. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Brush top with a beaten egg yolk and bake at 400° until potatoes are browned.
