- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 1 small stalk celery, cut fine
- 1 can green peas, drain and save juice
- 1 lb. hamburger, brown and pour off grease

1Grease 3-quart casserole.

2Alternate vegetables in casserole; salt and pepper each layer.

3Put hamburger on top of vegetables. Mix juice with one can tomato soup and pour top of casserole.

4Cook in 350° oven for two hours.
