Hamburger Casserole

  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 potatoes
  • milk
  • 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt

Directions

    Place corn in bottom of greased baking dish. Add chopped onion.

    Brown hamburger with 1/2 teaspoon salt and spread over chopped onion. Add the tomatoes. Cream the cooked potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 stick margarine and small amount of milk. Spread creamed potatoes on top of tomatoes in dish. Bake at 350° until potatoes are lightly browned on top.
