  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1 can (15 Oz) Peas And Carrots Or Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Curry Powder, Or More To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper

Directions

    Fry onion in oil over medium heat until onion is translucent.

    Add ground beef and fry until evenly browned.

    Drain fat.

    Add can of vegetables with its liquid.

    Mix flour with cold water, then add to the pan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Start with 2 teaspoons and check the taste.

    Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken the gravy.
