- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 can (15 Oz) Peas And Carrots Or Mixed Vegetables
- 2 cups Water
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder, Or More To Taste
- Salt And Pepper
Directions

1Fry onion in oil over medium heat until onion is translucent.

2Add ground beef and fry until evenly browned.

3Drain fat.

4Add can of vegetables with its liquid.

5Mix flour with cold water, then add to the pan.

6Bring to a boil.

7Add curry powder.

8Start with 2 teaspoons and check the taste.

9Add more if desired.

10Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken the gravy.

11Serve over rice or noodles.
