  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 lb. hot pan sausage
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 c. finely chopped onion

Directions

    Brown ground beef and pan sausage.

    Drain fat.

    Add pepper, garlic powder and onion.

    Cook until onion is soft.

    Add soup, tomatoes and cheese.

    Heat until cheese is melted.

    This may be frozen and then heated in the microwave.
