  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, cut up
  • 1 (21 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hot sauce to taste

Directions

    In skillet, saute onion in oil until tender.

    Add ground beef and sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper.

    Brown; drain grease.

    Add pork and beans, tomato sauce and hot sauce.

    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
