- 1 lb. hamburger or cooked roast beef
- 2 or 3 raw potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 or 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can green beans, drained
Directions

1Brown hamburger until red is gone.

2Drain and set aside.

3Add a small amount of oil, potatoes and carrots to skillet and cook until lightly brown, but still firm, stirring often. Add onion, browned hamburger, salt and pepper to taste.

4Cover and saute on low heat until potatoes and carrots are tender and onion is limp. Add corn and beans.

5Cook over low heat until all is hot and flavors blend, about 5 minutes. Serve with hot bread, rolls or cornbread.
