  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons applesauce
  • seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100 g salad leaves
  • 3 crusty bread rolls
  • 400 g sweetcorn
  • 3 bell peppers
